Check-in from 3 PM (please call ahead if arriving after 6 PM). Check-out until 11 AM.
A 30% deposit is required upon booking (via bank transfer or credit card). Payment methods: EC card, Mastercard, VISA, American Express, cash (max €4,999).
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. Within 14 days: 30% cancellation fee. Within 7 days or early departure: 100% of booking price. Travel insurance is recommended.
Children sharing room with 2 adults: 0-5 years: €40, 6-10 years: €50, 11-16 years: €60. Additional adults: 3rd person 30% discount, 4th person 40% discount. Crib and high chair available. Children under 18 are not permitted in adults-only areas (bathhouse, roof terraces).
Dogs are welcome (€20/day cleaning fee, food not included). Dogs are not permitted in dining areas, wellness facilities, or garden lawns. Free transfer from/to Bolzano airport, Bolzano station, Merano station, and Rabland station.
